NABARD Student Internship Scheme (SIS) 2025-2026

The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has launched the Student Internship Scheme (SIS) for the 2025-2026 session. The scheme aims to provide talented post-graduate students in disciplines like Agriculture, Agri-business, Economics, Social Sciences, and Management with short-term tasks, projects, and studies that are valuable and relevant to NABARD’s work. The internships are expected to give fresh perspectives through student-driven studies and projects related to NABARD’s themes of interest.

Eligible students who are pursuing post-graduate degrees (after completing the first year) or those in 5-year integrated courses (having completed the 4th year) can apply for these internships. Indian students studying abroad are also eligible to apply for the NABARD Student Internship Scheme 2025-2026.

Eligibility Criteria for NABARD SIS

1. Educational Qualifications:

   • Students pursuing a post-graduate degree (having completed the first year) in Agriculture, Agri-business, Economics, Social Sciences, Management, or allied disciplines (like Veterinary, Fisheries, etc.) from reputable Institutes/Universities.

   • Students enrolled in 5-year integrated courses and completing/completed the 4th year of their course are also eligible.

   • Indian students studying abroad are eligible for this scheme.

2. Residency Requirement:

   • Applicants must be either pursuing their degree from the State where they are applying or must be a native of that State (ordinarily resident).

   • However, applications for seats at the Head Office in Mumbai are open to students from across the country.

2. Click on the "Online Application Form" link.

3. A new page will open where you need to fill in your personal and educational details and upload necessary documents.

4. Submit the application form.

5. After submission, print a copy of the application form for future reference.
