Assam Direct Recruitment Result 2025
The State Level Recruitment Commissions (SLRC) for Class III and Class IV posts in Assam have successfully conducted written examinations for the recruitment of approximately 12,673 Grade III and Grade IV positions. The exams for Assam Direct Recruitment were held in September and October 2024. A single written exam, along with skill tests or interviews, will be held for each category of posts. Based on the results, a merit list will be prepared for appointments under ADRE.
Candidates who applied online for Assam Direct Recruitment and appeared in the written exams can check their results starting on 7th March 2025.
Details of Assam Direct Recruitment Results
The Assam Direct Recruitment process includes 12,673 posts in total:
- Grade III: 7,650 posts
- Grade IV: 5,023 posts
The recruitment process is being managed by the State Level Recruitment Commissions (SLRC), and the exams were conducted by the Assam State School Education Board under the Government of Assam. A total of around 20 lakh applications were received, and the exam was held in an OMR-based written format.

The written exams were conducted on different dates based on the category of posts:
- Grade III (HSSLC) Paper III: 2nd September 2024
- Grade III (Bachelor’s Degree) Paper IV: 16th September 2024
- Grade III (Driver) Paper V: 16th September 2024
- Grade IV (HSLC) Paper I: 15th October 2024
- Grade IV (Class VIII) Paper II: 15th October 2024
Result Declaration Date
The result for Assam Direct Recruitment, which was conducted for 12,673 posts, will be declared on 7th March 2025. The merit list will be made available on the official website for all candidates who appeared in the exams.
