The Assam State Election Commission has released a recruitment notification for the position of Legal Resource Person on Panchayati Raj Institutions in the office of the Assam State Election Commission. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online.

Educational Qualification:
- The applicant must have an LLB degree from a recognized university in India (preferably from National Law Universities or reputed Law Institutes).
- Preference will be given to candidates with LLM in Constitutional Law or Electoral Laws.
- Extra credit will be given for a PhD in a related field or experience as a practicing advocate.
Salary:
The selected candidate will receive a remuneration package based on experience and qualifications, with a maximum of Rs. 9.00 lakh per annum, subject to tax deductions.
