1. Institute Head - Centre of Excellence in Hospitality
- No of Posts: 1 (Location: Guwahati)
- Pay: Negotiable
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
- Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of industry experience with reputable hospitality brands (at least at a supervisory level).
- 3-5 years of academic experience in reputed hospitality institutes (as Assistant/Associate Professor or Head of Department).
- Skills and Traits:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Dynamic personality with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Awareness of local aspirations and cultural context.
- Strong industry network within hospitality.
- Preference: Local candidates who understand the regional context and dynamics.
